We are a family owned and operated woodyard, located in the heart of Raleigh, North Carolina. Providing the public with quality products since 1994, we focus on speciality slabs and firewood. The majority of our wood comes from local job sites, or even your own backyard. At American Woodyards we do our best to prevent perfectly good logs from going to waste at the local landfill.

Many of our customers come to the yard multiple times a year to purchase a cord of our firewood or pickup a small quantity for a family trip. We offer green and kiln dried wood in red oak, white oak and hickory varieties. We have a knowledgeable staff that will be more than happy to answer any of your questions.
