We are a family owned and operated woodyard, located in the heart of Raleigh, North Carolina. Providing the public with quality products since 1994, we focus on speciality lumber and firewood. The majority of our wood comes from local job sites, or even your own backyard. At American Woodyards we do our best to prevent perfectly good lumber from going to waste at the local landfill.
We have a showroom that allows you to view different species of wood, and decide which is best for your project. Many of our customers come to the yard multiple times a year to purchase a cord of our firewood. We offer green and kiln dried wood in red oak, white oak and hickory varieties.
